SUBSTANCE: it is determined that a unit of resources may include all symbols in a time interval for each subcarrier, which is in general multiple to 12 in the unit of resources, at the same time the time interval typically makes 0.5 millisecond (ms) and includes 7 symbols for a short cyclic prefix (CP) and 6 symbols for a long CP; also the unit of resources may include an SRS-channel and other channels, such as a channel of acknowledgement (ACK) and a channel quality indicator (CQI). Even though the SRS is specified as a separate physical channel, it may be multiplexed with upperlink channels. Accordingly the SRS may be detected in a subframe time interval of 1.0 ms, making two time segments, besides, typically one time interval, but not the other one, includes the SRS. The structure of time interval may be modified so that multiplexing is simplified, for instance, replacement of the existing symbol with the SRS and length and type of an orthogonal code of spectrum expansion in the time area may be determined for each time interval as the function of the SRS presence.
