SUBSTANCE: messages on assignment may be confirmed on the basis of related or special acknowledgement resources (ACK). A terminal may receive a message on assignment from the basic station, determine to whether confirm the assignment message, and determine ACK resources for use in conformation of the assignment message. ACK resources may be related with a control unit, in which an assignment message was received, related with resources provided by the assignment message, or may be assigned to the terminal. The terminal may send confirmation by ACK resources. Also the control message may be confirmed on the basis of ACK resources determined on the basis of the control message or the control unit. ACK resources may be related with resources assigned by the control message or related with the control message. The terminal may send confirmation for the control message by ACK resources.
EFFECT: provision of efficient and reliable sending of control messages, for instance, messages for assignment of resources.
