SUBSTANCE: method includes reception and decoding of data packets from a basic station in a subframe. It is additionally established, whether any data packet is received within the framework of the received subframe incorrectly, and it is detected, where any subframe is lost, being expected for reception. Additionally, acknowledgement information ACK/NAK is generated, a scrambling code is selected to scramble ACK/NAK. The scrambled ACK/NAK is then sent to the basic station, relative to the condition of data packet reception within the framework of received subframes.
EFFECT: provision of a mechanism to improve efficiency in a communication system.
