SUBSTANCE: transmitter (for instance, basic station) spreads spectrum in multiple alarm signals to produce multiple sets of output symbols, and additionally transforms multiple sets of outlet symbols into multiple frequency-time units. Spectrum spreading may be localised down to each frequency-time unit. Prior to spectrum spreading, the transmitter may scale multiple alarm symbols with the help of multiple amplification rations defined on the basis of capacity of transmission for these alarm symbols. Transmitter may scramble scaled alarm symbols to obtain scrambled symbols and may spread scrambled symbols to obtain multiple sets of output symbols. Transmitter may transform each set of output symbols into corresponding frequency-time unit.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of noise oscillation detection.
