Between the central cocoon and the first surface of the body there is a gap. Multiple cleaning elements exit from the central cocoon. A protruding element passes from the first surface of the cocoon. The central cocoon contacts with the protruding element and rotates relative to the body around the protruding element. There are another four versions of device design.
