SUBSTANCE: oral care device is proposed, comprising a handle; a head attached to a handle and having a body with a front surface; two rigidly fixed cocoons protruding from the front surface of the body and substantially fixed relative to the body; a flexible cocoon arranged between two rigidly fixed cocoons and retained by them above the front surface with the help of a membrane, besides, between the overlap of the flexible cocoon and the front surface of the body there is a gap, and from the flexible cocoon multiple cleaning elements go out; and a ledge stretching from the front surface of the body to the overlap of the flexible cocoon, besides, the flexible cocoon is arranged as capable of rotation around the ledge.
