SUBSTANCE: absorbent product comprises a base structure having at least one elastic panel joined with a component of an absorbing core. A method for making a product involves a continuous process of underwear formation including formation of the base structure and inclusion of the component of the absorbing core in the base structure. At least one elastic panel is formed by making separately a duplex laminate containing a first cloth of a nonelastic nonwoven fabric and an elastic film, activation of the duplex laminate by repeated extension, at least in one direction to ensure the elastic extensibility of the duplex laminate, extension of the activated duplex laminate by 10-200%, at least in one direction, introductions of the duplex laminate in the process of underwear formation and lamination attachment of the elastic film of the extended duplex laminate to the elastic or nonwoven component of the base piece.
EFFECT: invention allows improving the tensile strength and pinching resistance of the product.
