FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is a method for batched removal of a liquid, involving feeding the liquid into a container and extracting the liquid through flow by gravity outside the container, where collection and batching of the liquid for outlet from the container is carried out in its middle part, and outlet of the liquid is carried out in the zone of the maximum lowest level of the liquid lying above the level of collecting and batching the liquid, wherein batching for outlet of the liquid from the container is carried out through an air bubble valve with a diaphragm and a surface tension membrane at the water-air boundary, and the rate of removal of liquid from the container is varied by regulating air supply into the zone where the bubble valve is formed. In case of sharp increase in the level of liquid in the container and when its maximum working level is exceeded, emergency discharge of the liquid is carried out and an air stream is used as an air-lift for outlet of the liquid. After feeding into the container, the liquid is settled and the surface of the liquid is aerated in the batching zone with repulsion of solid particles from that zone, wherein for aeration the surface of the liquid in the batching zone, air coming from above from the air bubble valve is used, as well as an air-valve batcher, having a container with variable level of liquid and an outlet socket piece and a J-shaped liquid outlet pipe inside the container and fitted with a nozzle for feeding air into the pipe, wherein the larger elbow of the J-shaped liquid outlet pipe is connected to the outlet socket piece, and the inlet opening of the smaller elbow of the J-shaped pipe lies below the bottom of the outlet socket piece, where the nozzle for feeding air lies on the smaller elbow, higher than the edge of the lower bending of the pipe, where the inlet opening of the smaller elbow of the J-shaped pipe has a inner diaphragm.
EFFECT: batched outlet of liquid from the container when there is need to maintain a certain stable level of liquid.
