FIELD: gas and oil production.
SUBSTANCE: procedure for completion of gas well consists in replacement of drill agent with process water upon completion of drilling at developed and undeveloped cluster. A flow string is pressure tested. A production tubing with a wellhead shutoff, a circulation valve, a packer and a landing nipple is lowered into a borehole. The production tubing is suspended in a suspension of a pipe head and a production tree is set at the wellhead. The borehole of the well is filled with non-freezing working fluid. A blind plug is installed in the landing nipple. Excess pressure is created in the production tubing above the blind plug. The packer is packered. According to the second version the well head valve above the packer is shut off on a not cased cluster at advanced development. A back valve is set in the suspension of the pipe head, while threaded plugs are installed in lateral pipelines of the wellhead. The well is left for the wait state for cluster development. Upon completion of cluster development the threaded plugs are retrieved from the lateral pipelines, while the back valve is extracted from the suspension. The wellhead shutoff is opened. The blind plug is extracted from the well in developed and non-developed cluster in both versions. A flexible pipe is lowered into the production tubing and non-freezing working fluid is replaced with inert gas. The flexible pipe is lifted from the well; a perforation assembly is lowered into the production tubing and there is carried out perforation of the flow string in gas medium.
EFFECT: elimination bottomhole zone of well mudding, reduced duration of well completion operations and facilitation of bringing well into service.
