FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: installation consists of melting-boiling furnace with devices for moulding band of sheet glass and device (K) for drawing, positioned behind furnace. The installation also has equipment (G) of linear and contact-free measurement of stresses in the glass band installed in the device (K) for drawing. Linear (on-line) and contact-free measurement of general stress in glass directly in the device for drawing facilitates operative correction of working parametres of the drawing device.
EFFECT: level of general stress at any point is less, than specified value.
