FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: radioelectronic unit is equipped with the screen made in the form of solid coating from electrically conducting composition consisting of ultrafine electrically conducting powder (for example aluminium powder), polymer binding agent and organic solvent. Screen thickness shall not be less than skin layer of powder material. Volume ratio of powder in the composition determines screening properties of the screen and shall be 6%-52%. At low values of volume ratio the protective properties of such screen are near properties of meshed screens, and at low values - to properties of solid metal screen. Screen is applied on the outer side of radioelectronic unit by painting (sputtering) method, which allows using it for units of various configuration, as well as for protection of joints and connections with the equipment housing.

EFFECT: improving resistance of miniature receiving-transmitting devices and control systems containing such radioelectronic unit to action of electromagnetic emission of microwave devices without increasing their weight and dimensional characteristics.
