SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the varying information material presentation devices and can be used to create video screens. Low-profile LED module consists of a printed circuit board and LEDs soldered from the printed circuit board front part. On the printed circuit board back side the power terminals are located implemented as the printed circuit board tracks, or in the form of the surface mounting flat conductive components. On the printed circuit board back side wireless low-profile data receivers are arranged, through which the video transmission data are supplied into the LED module. On the printed circuit board back side wireless data transmitters are placed, which ensure the feedback and transmit the service information to the central video controller. Data receivers and transmitters can operate in the optical or microwave ranges of electromagnetic waves. To ensure the high packing density of several hundred square meters per cubic meter of packaging, electronic components are placed on the LED modules printed circuit boards surface so, that during the packaging fall between the adjacent module electronic components. First way of the low-profile LED module dense packing: the LED modules are sequentially stacked one by one, at that, the LED modules LED surfaces are directed in one direction, and the LED modules electronic components are placed between the LEDs of adjacent LED modules. Second way of the low profile LED modules dense packing: the LED modules are stacked with the LED surface direction alternation so, that the adjacent LED modules LED surfaces are directed towards each other, and the LED modules LEDs are placed between the LEDs of adjacent LED modules.
EFFECT: tasks, for which solving this invention is aimed are: provision of the high packing density of several hundred square meters of video surface per one cubic meter of packaging; simplification of packaging; ensuring the LED modules production on conventional surface-mounting lines without the use of specialized equipment; abandoning the manual labor during the LED modules assembly; reducing the number of terminals inside the LED screen in order to improve reliability; increasing the data transmission to LED modules reliability; reduction of the current load on the LED modules printed circuit boards and the LED modules operation temperature lowering; reduction of the LED modules weight per square meter of video surface.
