FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly traumatology. Introduction of an implant plate is followed by X-ray controlled reduction of fracture. If needed, the specified implant plate is modelled by a bone shape. The osteosynthesis implant plate is fixed on an adjustment device. A bone drilling direction is set by guides. Drill guides are removed. An introduction canal for the implant plate is formed. The plate is introduced in incised soft tissues by means of the adjustment device. The guides are re-mounted in the adjustment device. The guides are lowered to touch soft tissues. They are perforated to the implant plate. Then the bone is drilled by the guides. The drill guides are changed by screw guides The fragments are screwed through these guides. The guides are removed. The adjustment device is detached from the plate.
EFFECT: method provides lower intraoperative injures, reduced length of rehabilitation, preserved blood supply of a fracture area, decreased intensity of postoperative pain syndrome.
