FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method for osteosynthesis of long tubular bones using a distraction-reposition apparatus of external fixation involves superimposing said apparatus consisting of at least two support elements in form of semirings or rings arranged at the level of proximal and distal metaphyses, reduction of fragments under X-ray control. Support elements are connected by at least two telescopic rods. On the side of the metaphysis rods are fixed on a pivot hinge. To mount the device on bone, Schanz screws are used, which are blind in the frontal plane to each other until one cortical layer of bone is passed, not reaching the medullary canal, by twisting along the thread of the hexagonal coupling fixed on the support element, along the telescopic rods on the rotary hinges performing the distraction and bone repositioning. Further, an internal fixing element is inserted, after which a distraction-reduction apparatus is removed. Use of present invention provides fast fixation of fractures of large tubular bones in patients with combined, combined, isolated or polytrauma by eliminating displacement of fragments along length, angular and rotational displacement, subsequent installation of internal fixing element (open or mini-invasive).

EFFECT: after device installation patient's mobility is preserved.
