FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology and is intended for preoperative planning of bone osteosynthesis of long tubular bones. Disclosed is a method for preoperative planning of bone osteosynthesis of long tubular bones, involving the patient performing computed tomography of the injured bone, mathematical computer processing of the obtained data, making a stereolithographic model. Additionally computed tomography of similar intact bone of opposite extremity is performed. Using the “Autoplan” software, the data are processed, creating three-dimensional models of the intact bone and fragments of the injured bone. Using “Meshlab” software, a mirror model of intact bone is created and matched in series with models of fragments of damaged bone, comparing them with each other and applying contour of fracture line on mirror model of intact bone. Based on the obtained model, a full-size stereolithographic template corresponding to a damaged bone with a fracture line in the form of a furrow is made on 3D printer. Before the operation, the plate is modeled on a stereolithographic template and the surgical approach is planned taking into account the location of the fracture line and the plate.
EFFECT: invention provides preoperative planning of bone osteosynthesis of long tubular bones.
