FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to sports medicine. The method involves five sessions of interval hypoxic trainings with respiratory gas mixture procedures. The inhaled gas mixture contains 10-15% of oxygen. The hypoxic trainings are combined with simultaneous exposure of a frontal-mastoid region to pulse electric current. Electric current pulse duration is 0.3-0.4 ms, current intensity is 1-4 mA, pulse repetition frequency 1000-2000 Hz. The exposure length is 60 minutes.
EFFECT: method provides more effective recovery of physical and intellectual performance capability with simultaneously decreased body exposure ensured by combined action of hypoxic trainings and exposure to pulse electric current that activates neurohumoral regulation with activation of body hormonal system and higher activity of neuropeptides, stimulates hemopoiesis.
