FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises consecutive stages. First, first fluid is placed at least in one container. Note here that said container comprises wall made from solid material that does not react with first and second fluids. Said wall has one or more through holes, while first fluid does not wet wall material. Then, said first container is immersed in second fluid to that first fluid get in contact with second fluid at the level of said through holes. Then, first fluid stays in contact with second fluid for time interval sufficient for mass exchange, mass transfer between said fluids. Now, the container is removed from second fluid. Invention proposes also the device to this end.
