FIELD: continuous or intermittent process of production of metallic silicon, silumin, AlSi alloys and/or metallic aluminum Al at preset modes in molten-metal pool in fluoride of feldspar or rock containing feldspar. SUBSTANCE: high- purity metallic silicon is produced through electrolysis at first stage in first furnace including interchangeable carbon anode located on bottom of furnace and carbon cathode located in upper portion of furnace. Residual electrolyte of first stage having low content of metallic silicon Si is transferred to second furnace to which aluminum is added at second stage. Aluminum is produced in third at third stage through electrolysis after removal of Si at first stage or after removal of residual Si and Si (IV) at second stage. Technological plant used for realization of proposed method includes two or more furnaces integrated in single unit provided with separating partition or partitions making it possible to transfer electrolyte from one furnace to another. EFFECT: reduced power requirements of process. 12 cl, 12 dwg
