SUBSTANCE: invention relates to filtration. Proposed filtration medium comprises filtration material web fluted longitudinally and folded in zigzag manner into a block. Versions of said medium comprises filtration material web fluted longitudinally laterally, spirally twisted or folded web. Multiple dead channels are formed in flutes of filtration material to feed and discharge filtered medium. Ends of channels are stopped by filtration material of folded section material.
EFFECT: reliable filtration and reduced consumption of sealing materials.
