FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to filtration of gases, particularly, to cartridge filter. Proposed device consists of tapered-cylinder case 1 with cleaned air discharge channel 8 and dust discharge channel 9. Said case 1 gas detachable cover 3 with dusty air inlet line 2 whereto baffle 6 is attached by braces 4 and truncated-cone distributor 7 is attached by braces 5. Supports 10 are secured to case 1 in zone of cleaned air discharge channel 8 wherein fitted are cylindrical ends 13 of collector 12 of independent filtration cartridges. The frame of said cartridges consists of assembled collector 11 provided with open chamber 14 with inserts 15 with stiffness ribs 16 are secured all over said frame. Distance tie rod 20 is fitted on inserts 15 from below by slots 24 and clamped by bad 18 made from filtration material stitched in parallel 19 and provided with branch pipe 21 to allow passage for distance rods on one side, and branch pipes 22 for passage of cylindrical ends 13 of collector 12. Top free end of bag 18 is provided with touch fastener 23 to fasten tightly said bag 18 to top edge of collector 12 on inserts 15. In the version of mechanical recovery of filtration material, rod 32 of active shutter 31 is secured to case 1 coaxially with collector 12 on one side to its reciprocation mechanism. Second end of rod 32 provided with limiter passes freely through sleeve 43 secured on braces 36 collector 12. Spring-loaded passive shutter 33 with return spring 34, rod 30 and adjusted thrusts 35 is fitted on opposite side of collector 12 into case 1. Similar thrust is secured to case 1 coaxially with distance rod 20. To allow recovery of pulse back blowing, blow collector 38 with some blow holes 42 arranged opposite inserts 15 is secured on braces 37 aligned with said collector. One end of blow collector 38 has plug 39 while its opposite end is communicated via control valve with compressed air source, or, in compliance with another version, it acts as a piston of pneumatic cylinder 41. In every version, proposed device may be furnished with support 25 fixed in case 1 and provided with thrusts 28 arranged between filtration cartridges 11, tie rod 27 to be shaken manually or mechanically.

EFFECT: lower capital and operating costs.
