FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to corrugator moulding head for production of plastic tubes. Proposed moulding head comprises the main head with extruder joint assembly, nozzle secured to said main head to make both aligned, and die attached to nozzle to be aligned therewith. Said main head comprises outlet annular slot for appropriate plastic material. Note here that said die comprises central element and sleeve arranged around the latter to make said outlet annular slot. Note also that said central element has side surface facing appropriate sleeve with screw grooves for plastic material spaced regularly apart in peripheral direction. Note that said main head has first channels oriented axially spaced regularly apart in peripheral direction. Besides, said nozzle has second channels oriented axially spaced regularly apart in peripheral direction and communicated with said first channels. Also, appropriate spaced grooves are communicated via connection sections with annular grooves arranged on central element back surface to be communicated with second channels. First channels are regularly spaced apart on common pitch line to alternate with appropriate connectors.

EFFECT: optimum replacement interval, ruling out channels in finished tubes.
