FIELD: transport, distribution of gases.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device intended for filling vessels with high-purity gases. Proposed device comprises gas feeding system furnished with filling pipeline with vessel joints and switching accessories. Proposed device differs from known designs in that is includes additional evacuation system also including pipeline with vessel joint and switching fixtures, the end pipeline accommodates gas meter. Note here that both pipelines are made from metal tubes and secured on the platform. Pipeline attachments allows them to displace on platform surface or their direct attachment thereto.
EFFECT: increased margin of safety, ease of transportation, higher reliability and longer life.
