SUBSTANCE: method is realised by forming an oligopeptide having neuregulin-1 activity on cardiomyocyte proliferation, said oligopeptide having general formula: X1-X2-X3-X4-X5-X6-X7, where X1 is K, X2 is G or A, X3 is A or is absent, X4 is M, X5 is G or A, X6 is A or is absent, X7 is K, where the size of the oligopeptide varies from penta to heptapeptide.
EFFECT: obtaining a synthetic analogue of neuregulin-1 growth factor, capable of stimulating cardiomyocyte proliferation as a result of binding with receptors on the surface of stem cells.
