FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: vibration packer consists of two stages pivoted together to allows free turn of first stage relative to second stage. Subgrading-leveling stage mounted at front by means of hinges and hydraulic cylinders. Second stage frame supports work drum with grousers mounted staggered along circumference by means of hinges and hydraulic cylinders that features spherical work surfaces at apices. Steel plate rests via steel rolls freely rolling driven by moments originating in drum turns on drum inner surface. Said steel plate is furnished with vibrator and suspended on to drum axle by means of suspensions and roller bearings with damping rings. Drum axle is mounted on second stage frame by means of hinge links and two hydraulic cylinders. Frames of the first and second stages are mounted on rubber-tires wheels. Heat generator is arranged on second stage frame connected via fuel line and fuel pump with fuel tank and, via branch pipes, turbo compressor, pipeline, and roller jacket inner space, with grousers.

EFFECT: efficient warm-up of frozen marsh surface.
