FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to recovery boilers, particularly, to controlled fuel nozzle system of said boilers. Section of proposed system comprises top and bottom clips, relative hinge and at least one adjustment bolt. Top clip is arranged to retain the top fuel nozzle assy. Bottom clip is arranged to retain the bottom fuel nozzle assy. Relative hinge has relative hinge thrust bearing and connected with top and bottom clips. Said hinge allows said clips revolve about relative hinge axle. Adjustment bolt extends between relative hinge and at least one of said top and bottom clips. Adjustment bolt is shifted relative to hinge thrust bearing. Said thrust bearing retains relative hinge section at required distance from clip section to make required preset orientation between appropriate sections of relative hinge and clip. In compliance with second version, anchor dowel of proposed system is connected with multiple fuel nozzle assemblies. Anchor dowel allows joint orientation of nozzle discharges to required preset point inside the combustion chamber.
EFFECT: controlled combustion of recovery boiler, minimised emission of NOx.
