FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: evaluation method of characteristic properties at least of one of two contacting media, at that, one of media represents solid body, is characterised by recording steps of acoustic signals generated when acoustic waves are pass in the above media. One or several wave characteristics of mixed surface waves propagating along the above boundary surface are determined on the basis of recorded acoustic signals. Characteristics properties at least of one of the above media and the above boundary surface are calculated on the basis of determined wave characteristics of mixed surface waves. System includes acoustical signal recording device, data processing device for determining one or several wave characteristics of the above mixed surface waves and calculating characteristic properties of the well fluid and/or environmental formation and/or wall of well shaft on the basis of determined wave characteristics of mixed surface waves.
EFFECT: increasing evaluation efficiency of characteristic properties of media.
