FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: pneumatic actuator is designed for shutoff valve control. The air line passing through pressure maintenance device 9 and connected to pneumatic accumulator 1 is connected to pneumatic cylinder 10 parallel with air line passing through pneumatic distributor 8 and connected to lower cavity 4. Stock 6 of pneumatic cylinder 10 is connected to the stock of pressure maintenance device 9. Pressure maintenance device consists of three units: the first unit provides the pressure maintenance in pneumatic accumulator 1; the second unit provides air discharge from pneumatic accumulator at its excess value; the third unit cuts off the air supply to pneumatic accumulator at actuation of pneumatic actuator.
EFFECT: higher operating reliability of pneumatic actuator and guaranteed actuation of shutoff valve.
