SUBSTANCE: regenerating brake comprises control lever, clutch, coaxial planetary gear, ball screw, spring coaxial tubular shaft with internal guides and retainer articulated with control lever. Proposed brake comprises additional controlled clutch mounted between tubular and transmission shafts and articulated with control lever, one-way overrunning clutch with its outer cage rigidly mounted on the frame and its inner cage secured on ball screw lead screw. The latter is directly coupled with planetary hear output shaft. Said brake incorporates elastic elements arranged between control lever and frame.
EFFECT: simplified design and control, higher efficiency.
