SUBSTANCE: in blood serum of patients determined are content of vitamin A, level of superoxide dismutase activity, vitamin E content, content of ketodienes and conjugated trienes, content of diene conjugates, content of substrates with unsaturated double bonds. After that prognostic coefficients F1 and F2 are calculated by formulae: F1=-3.70-2.90X1+2.18X2+1.22X3- 1.83X4+3.81X5-2.60X6 and F2=-1.78+1.91X1-1.21X2-0.54X3+1.0X4-2.34X5+1.93X6; where X1 is content of vitamin A, mcmol/l; X2 - of level of superoxide dismutase activity, conv.units; X3 - of vitamin E content, mcmol/l; X 4 - of content of ketodienes and conjugates trienes, mcmol/l; X5 - of content of dienne conjugates, mcmol/l; X6 - of content of substrates with unsaturates double bonds, conv.units. If F2>F1, unfavourable prediction is made and stated is high probability of risk of vegeto-vascular dystonia development by sympathicotonic type.

EFFECT: application of method makes it possible to predict risk of vegeto-vascular dystonia development by sympathicotonic type in teenage boys with high accuracy.
