METHOD OF PREDICTING RISK OF REPRODUCTIVE DISTURBANCE DEVELOPMENT IN BOYS OF JUVENILE AGE Russian patent published in 2010 - IPC A61B5/00 G01N33/50

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to pediatrics and endocrinology. In order to predict risk of development of reproductive disturbances in boys of juvenile age risk factors are determined, namely: anxiety level, level of retinol (vitamin A) in blood serum, activity motivation, affiliation need, diene conjugates, ketodienes and conjugated trienes, antioxidant protection, reduced glutathione, triglycerides, dismutase superoxide, internal show off, heart rate without stress, attitude to prohibitions. Risk factors are assigned numeric values. Calculation of prognostic coefficients (F₁ and F₂) is carried out. If F₁> F₂ favourable prognosis is made and probability of risk to develop reproductive disturbances in boys of juvenile age is considered low, and if F₁< F₂ unfavourable prognosis is made and probability of risk to develop reproductive disturbances in boys of juvenile age is considered high.

EFFECT: method allows to carry out timely prognosis with high accuracy and prepare for possible changes in order to improve patient's life quality and his reproductive prognosis.
