SUBSTANCE: sampling and clinical analysis of peripheral blood parameters of the patient in the preoperative period are carried out. Before surgery, the total blood protein, the functional class of chronic heart failure, the localization of pulmonectomy are determined, and the cardiac risk is determined according to the NSQIP perioperative risk assessment scale. The duration of the operation is also recorded. On the first day of the postoperative period, the content of leukocytes, erythrocytes, creatinine is determined in the patient's blood and the heart rate is determined, after which the values of the prognostic coefficients F1 and F2 are determined according to the original formulas. When F1 value is greater than F2 value, a high risk of developing cardiovascular complications is predicted in patients with lung cancer after surgical treatment, and when F2 value is greater than or equal to F1 value, a low risk is predicted.

EFFECT: method provides an individual prognosis of the development of postoperative cardiac ischemic complications in a patient with lung cancer with an accuracy of 93.29%, does not require expensive research methods due to the determination of indicators used in routine clinical practice, which makes it possible to adjust the treatment plan for the patient's preoperative preparation.
