FIELD: information technologies.
SUBSTANCE: module is made in the form of a rectangular body with ventilation slots. The left side wall is made as detachable with the possibility of its latching on five support latches, onto which a printed circuit board and a common processor are previously placed. The module body made in the form of two parallel printed circuit boards, which are coupled with a board-to-board connector for electric connection, on the front side of the body there is a cover of access to object slots or to processor ports with a switch of its operation modes changeover and a table of a row of indicators, which is installed at the end of a printed circuit board with an attached reflector pad, and outside the base of the body's indicator table there is a stencil with transparent inscriptions and a transparent plafond. On the back side of the body there is a system slot, an earthing terminal and elements of module fixation on a chassis of an industrial controller: a captive screw and a hook.
EFFECT: unification of the body for development of a basic set of modules and provision of hot replacement of modules.
