SUBSTANCE: device comprizes network module, multifunctional low-channel-count (one-two- and three-way) modules input/output, base printed-circuit board with detachable connectors for connection of modules and terminal connectors for connection of the objective cables. Novelty is that the terminal connectors have additional terminals for combination of signals in a group with common potentials, and multifunctional modules input/output additionally contain functional devices for protecting as the input/output modules and connected to them object equipment against possible effects exceeding maximum allowable values of voltages and currents, as well as for controlling integrity of circuits of connected objective cables or providing any other functions of CDO.

EFFECT: when using the disclosed device there is no need in application in CDO electrical cabinet of additional devices and electrical wiring inside the case, which reduces labor resources of the design and manufacturing, simplifies operation and reduces the cost of the structure.
