SUBSTANCE: in the method of information input/output with application of a dot structure, at first a dot structure is developed for information detection. Then the dot structure is recognised by an optical reading device. Then the dot structure is analysed as a reference point, a virtual reference point, a direction point or an information point. Then a numerical value is decoded, which is determined by distance and direction from a virtual reference point to an appropriate information point. Then information is displayed by means of an information display device.

EFFECT: simplified logic of information processing, and as a result, reduced requirements to computer hardware that performs the specified processing.
