SUBSTANCE: invention discloses a cellular communication system for a user, having one or more short-range telephones, and a cellular communication concentrator. The cellular communication concentrator can establish wireless short-range communication with telephones and can establish a communication channel with a cellular base station. The concentrator has a user identification module, memory for storing valuable information for the user and input/output interfaces for receiving content from external sources. The concentrator provides communication between telephones over a short-range wireless communication channel. Communication is also provided between each telephone and the base station by creating a communication channel between the concentrator and the cellular base station and the short-range wireless communication channel to the telephone.
EFFECT: reduced radiation effect from telephone antennae.
