FIELD: cellular communication.

SUBSTANCE: system comprises a cellular base station connected by radio channels to a cellular communication concentrator and a unit or several units of a cellular telephone, each of which is equipped with a transceiver with an antenna for wireless communication with said concentrator and comprises a microphone, headphones, a display and a keyboard, as well as an identification unit and a navigation unit, the operation of which is controlled by a circuit programmed as required, simultaneously providing a wireless communication channel with a cellular communication concentrator, which comprises a transceiver with an antenna for establishing wireless communication with said unit or units of the telephone interface. Transceiver is connected to a second control circuit with corresponding software, to which an input/output interface is connected for receiving content from external sources, wherein said second control circuit is connected to a navigation unit and a user identification module made in the form of a SIM card, telephone interface unit is equipped with a second transceiver with an antenna configured to transmit RF communication signals to a base cellular station and receive signals from it over another channel. Transceiver is connected to the first control circuit, and the second control circuit is connected to three radio transmitters equipped with antennas, wherein one of them is made with possibility of signals transmission via RF channel to receivers of transceivers, which are equipped with telephone interface units, and two other transmitters configured to transmit signals over RF channels to one or two basic cellular stations are connected to a second control circuit of the cellular communication concentrator, made with possibility of formation of joint with two other transmitters communication channel "up", which differs by common characteristic of direction to selected base cellular station.

EFFECT: reduced density of electromagnetic radiation affecting the user due to redistribution of functions of component parts of the system and direction of electromagnetic radiation in the radio range.
