If the examinations showed no signs of inflammatory process, non-invasive transabdominal and vaginal readings of average inside temperatures are recorded in a projection of uterine adnexa by a radiothermometry technique It is followed by evaluating a difference 5 of the average vaginal temperature and the average transabdominal temperature values. If observing the relation 1.00°C<δ<1.90°C, subacute salpingo-oophoritis is diagnosed.

EFFECT: method provides high information value in carrying out the non-invasive differential diagnosis of subacute salpingo-oophoritis, while being safe and painless for the patient of any age group that enables conducting it many times and controlling effectiveness of the conducted therapy.
