SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely neurology, psychiatry, paediatrics. For the purpose of diagnosing sensory integration dysfunction in preschool children, child's sensory development is studied. It involves checking on the following symptoms: sensory defensiveness, sensory search, gravitational insecurity, averting response to motion, dyspraxia, inattention, atypical level of general overall physical activity, peer communication deficiency. If observing dyspraxia, at least one of the four symptoms: sensory defensiveness, sensory search, gravitational insecurity, averting response to motion, and one of the following symptoms: inattention, atypical level of general overall physical activity, peer communication deficiency, enable diagnosing sensory integration dysfunction.

EFFECT: technique enables simplifying the diagnosis of sensory integration dysfunction in preschool children, reducing time of the studying due to limiting a number of symptoms required and sufficient for the diagnosis of the given pathology with maintained diagnostic accuracy.
