FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to the field of medicine, namely cardiology. It performs the measurement in Doppler impulse-wave mode with location of ultrasound cardial sensor with insonation frequency 2-4 MHz in apical position with 4-camera hear section. Sequential measurement is performed first for peak velocity fast filling period of left ventricle (LV) (E) with control volume location in the point of closing of mitral valve cusps, then the peak velocity of Ea component in the curve of high-amplitude echo movement signals (HEMS) with control volume located 4 cm left to the lateral edge of mitral valve ring. Then E/Ea ratio is calculated. At its value E/Ea more than 3.1 the minimal disruption of diastolic function of left ventricle myocardium is diagnosed.
EFFECT: method provides for increased sensitivity and reliability of the method and decreased time expenditures.
