FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely gynaecology, physiotherapy. A method involves taking herbal tea, carrying out balneotherapy, phytoclay therapy, ozone therapy and cedar barrel. Sedative herbal tea contains motherwort, bugleweed, hop, toothwort and melissa. Diuretic and diaphoretic herbal tea contains tillet blossom and elderberry, bur marigold, coltsfoot and rose bay. While conducting phytoclay therapy and cedar barrel procedures, a herbal drug containing eucalyptus, common wormwood herb, sage, including clary, melilot and lavender. Said herbal drug is pre-divided into two portions. One portion is used to prepare an aqueous alcohol extract to be mixed with blue clay powder The other portion of the herbal drug is used to generate a therapeutic steam in a cedar barrel to be taken in a phyto cup. A therapeutic course is started with taking sedative herbal tea at bedtime as a depressant, while in the morning and in the afternoon, diuretic and diaphoretic herbal tea is taken. Therapeutic herbal teas are taken daily for the whole therapeutic course. Starting with the first day of treatment and further, the balneotherapeutic procedures are conducted in the form of malt baths every second day. The bath is prepared with using malt flower of barley at 250-300 g per 3 litres of hot water. The bath is taken for 20-30 minutes. Then the patient relaxes for 30-60 minutes. The malt bath is followed by conducting phytoclay therapy in the form of phytoclay applications on the 'panties' area. The same day, an ozone-oxygen mixture is injected subcutaneously in lipodystrophic areas. Starting from the fourth day and further every second say, intravenous ozone therapy is conducted. The phyto cup procedures are carried out on the same day. That is ensured by charging the second part of the vegetable drug stimulating microcirculation into a steam generator of a cedar barrel which is saturated with therapeutic steam.
EFFECT: method restores metabolic processes, normalises menstrual cycle.
