FIELD: tea industry.
SUBSTANCE: tea composition contains initial components at following ratio of components, wt %. In each separate mixture (out of three) components are taken in equal quantity among themselves: St. John's wort herb, horsetail herb, chamomile flowers, raspberry leaves, hawthorn flowers—44–56 %, Viburnum berries, herb of motherwort, inula roots, red ashberry flowers, hazelnut leaves—26–34 % and red clover flowers, linden flowers, kipper's leaves, oregano herb, thyme herb, mint leaves—18–22 %.
EFFECT: invention ensures production of a composition with improved food and organoleptic indices.
