FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to field of medicine, namely to vaccine prophylaxis and deals with secretory IgA and IgG antibody inducer. Essence of inventions includes inducer for induction of secretory IgA and IgG antibodies, specific for a representative of flaviviruses, namely, hantavirus, as well as method for providing protection against infection of flavivirus representative, namely hantavirus by induction of secretory IgA and IgG antibodies. Inducer represents nasal vaccine which contains inactivated antigen of hantavirus and poly (I:C) or crystallised powder from surf clam shells as adjuvants.
EFFECT: advantage of inventions lies in efficient induction of secretory IgA antibodies in nasal mucosa and serum IgG antibody responses.
