FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: present invention refers to medicine, namely immunology, particularly to a rhinovaccination system for influenza vaccine. Rhinovaccination system for an influenza vaccine comprises a jet syringe filled with an influenza vaccine composition which contains (I) an inactivated whole influenza virion and (II) a helium base material containing a carboxyvinyl polymer which is treated by applying an external shearing force to increase spray efficiency. Vaccine is free of adjuvant. Jet-like syringe is a medical syringe in which the hole of the tip is in fluid communication with the syringe cylinder, which has a nasal spray nozzle, which comprises a hollow nozzle body, which has an end portion that forms a nozzle opening in it, a solid packing rod disposed within the nozzle housing and a nozzle chamber formed between the packing rod and the nozzle body to provide fluid communication between the tip opening and the nozzle opening, wherein the nozzle opening has a diameter in range of 0.25 to 0.30 mm.

EFFECT: using the given invention enables producing a rhinovaccination system for influenza vaccine containing a jet syringe, which provides effective administration of the influenza vaccine on the nasal mucosa.
