FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical ultrasonic technology and specifically to methods of controlling the external liposuction process. The method is realised through continuous measurement of the amplitude of oscillations of the emitting surface of a piezoelectric ultrasonic oscillatory system from the amplitude value of the electric current during movement thereof on the surface of the human body, comparing the current amplitude values using a comparator circuit with current amplitude set by a control unit and correcting the amplitude of voltage supplied from a generator to the piezoelectric transducer of the oscillating system. The amplitude of oscillations is measured from the electric current amplitude value, which is the difference between current flowing through the piezoelectric transducer of the oscillatory system and the imaginary capacitive component of that current. Working voltage measured at each moment in time is applied across the piezoelectric transducer of the oscillatory system and the oscillation amplitude value is compared with the oscillation amplitude value measured during the previous moment in time. If the change in oscillation amplitude over a set interval does not exceed the value stored in the memory of the control unit of the ultrasonic generator, the electric voltage amplitude is reduced to a minimum value. If change in oscillation amplitude over a set interval for minimum voltage applied exceeds the value stored in the memory of the control unit of the ultrasonic generator, the electric voltage amplitude is raised to the working value.
EFFECT: use of the invention improves quality of operations owing to exclusion of excessive ultrasonic action on separate areas of the body and reduces the heating level of ultrasonic oscillatory systems of devices.
