FIELD: medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method involves applying continuous control to electric current amplitude and voltage amplitude in ultrasonic oscillatory system and producing control signals for changing electric voltage amplitude applied to oscillating system transformer. Electric current amplitude is under control in carrying out carrying out liposuction, the amplitude being defined as difference between current flowing through piezoelectric elements of the oscillating system transformer and reactive capacitive component of the current caused proper electric capacity of the piezoelectric elements. Acoustic load impedance of oscillating system is determined from measured current amplitude and voltage amplitude. Each impedance value is compared to the previous one or assumed as initial value in taking the first measurement. Received impedance value differing from the previous one, amplitude of electric voltage supplied from electronic generator to the transformer is increased or reduced until the received impedance value becomes equal to the previous one.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of ultrasonic liposuction process control.
