FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cellular structures of aircraft fuselage components and may be used in aircraft and aerospace engineering. Proposed structure comprises gas-formed filler and two skins. In compliance with first version, one of said skins has bulges along its edges and stiffness ribs making cellular walls. Said filler stays in contact with said bulges made along skin edges. Said two skins are jointed to said filler by diffusion welding. In compliance with second version, proposed structure is provided with second filler. Two skins have bulges along their edges and stiffness ribs making cellular walls. Two fillers stay in contact with said bulges made along skin edges. Said two skins are jointed to said two fillers by diffusion welding. Besides, invention covers two methods of producing aforesaid cellular structures.
EFFECT: higher structure strength and process efficiency.
