FIELD: metalworking.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in making multilayer panels from titanium alloys by pressure welding at heating, in particular, to aerospace engineering. Preliminary filler sheets are connected by laser welding. Then electric contact welding is used at intersecting zones to connect locally filler sheets. Then superplastic forming is performed and diffusion welding at temperature 900 °C with argon at pressure of 0.12 Mpa of inner and outer filler layers and linings. To prevent sheets' welding argon is blown at pressure 0.4 Mpa.
EFFECT: method provides improved strength characteristics of multilayer cellular products from titanium alloy Ot4-1.
