FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for production of sandwiched metal panels in aerospace engineering. Stack is assembled by local connection of filler sheets to be arranged between sheaths. Filler cells are formed by gas feed at pressure in between filler sheets and diffusion welded together and with sheath sheets. Here, inert gas is fed with time delay for 30 seconds at reaching the required pressure of blowing the inner space between sheaths and filler sheets during heating. Here, gas feed is temporarily delayed for 30 seconds to prevent soldering between sheaths and sheets. At reaching the temperature of filler cells formation and welding, inert gas feed is delayed for 60 seconds at reaching preset pressure level.

EFFECT: higher quality of sandwiched panels.
