FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to deep-diving vehicles and may be sued in constructing sea oil production platforms and laying pipelines on sea bed. Proposed vehicle comprises hull with lengthwise through duct with bow and stern flaps. The latter may turn in horizontal plane to tightly shut off lengthwise through duct cross section. Besides, hull accommodates propulsion and steering complex. Said complex includes hydraulic turn and anti-heel hydraulic propulsors. Also it incorporates appliance to generate electric power from water flow energy mounted in bow section lengthwise through duct.
EFFECT: reduced electric power consumption, increased time in submerged position.
