SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of shipbuilding, in particular to deep-sea vehicles in support of diving and rescue operations. A diving and rescue deep-sea vehicle is proposed, which includes a control compartment located in a solid hull, diving and rescue and energy compartments, a suction chamber, a propulsion and steering complex, instrumentation and electrical equipment, life support means, and also includes a device for fixing on the ground, and it is equipped with a descending and lifting device for divers. Life support means contain absorption equipment and gas medium monitoring equipment located in the control compartment of the vehicle and the diving and rescue compartment, and breathing masks and air collectors located in the diving and rescue compartment. In the inter-board space of a bow, there are a remote-controlled uninhabited underwater vehicle and a radio communication unit assembled by a pop-up buoy equipped with a receiving and transmitting antenna.

EFFECT: increase in the quality of life support, autonomy and safety of a deep-sea vehicle with the possibility of independent search, guidance, remote inspection of an underwater object, as well as mechanization, reduction of energy consumption, improvement of the quality of communication with the control point of the carrier vessel, when performing diving and rescue operations without the involvement of the carrier vessel.
